DIGITALIZACE A JEJÍ VPLYV NA OBCHODNÍ PROCESY: PŘÍPADOVÁ STUDIE IMPLEMENTACE SALESFORCE V SKYBRIDGE

Abstract:

Koncept digitální transformace má významný dopad na mnoho aspektů podnikového sektoru i celé společnosti. Digitální transformace označuje proces začleňování a osvojování digitálních technologií s cílem vytvářet nové nebo měnit stávající podnikové postupy, komodity, vybavení a interakce se spotřebiteli. Systémy řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM) jsou považovány za klíčovou technologii, která usnadňuje proces digitální transformace. Tyto softwarové platformy hrají klíčovou roli při pomoci organizacím efektivně řídit a zlepšovat jejich vztahy se stávajícími zákazníky i potenciálními potenciálními zákazníky. řešení pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM) nabízejí podnikům množství výhod zahrnujících vyšší úroveň spokojenosti, loajality, udržení klientů a ziskovosti. Tato práce nabízí zkoumání společnosti Skybridge, korporace specializující se na cloudová řešení pro účely integrace, analýzy a vizualizace dat. Společnost Skybridge přijala Salesforce, významnou technologii pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM), s cílem revolučně změnit a digitalizovat své prodejní a marketingové postupy. Práce je strukturována do pěti samostatných segmentů. Kapitola 1 poskytuje přehled historie a kontextových faktorů relevantních pro případovou studii spolu s objasněním cíle a rozsahu výzkumu. V kapitole 2 je zkoumána existující literatura týkající se digitální transformace a Průmyslu 4.0, konkrétně jsou zkoumány související technologie. Hlavní důraz je kladen na systémy řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM) a platformu Salesforce. V kapitole 3 je zkoumán význam řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM) v kontextu digitální transformace. Kromě toho je uvedeno komplexní hodnocení obchodních operací, produktů/služeb a SWOT analýza společnosti Skybridge. V kapitole 4 je popsán proces a postupy, které byly provedeny při nasazení Salesforce ve společnosti Skybridge. To zahrnuje několik aspektů, jako je plánování a řízení projektu, modelování a migrace dat, školení uživatelů a řízení změn, jakož i přizpůsobení systému Salesforce specifickým požadavkům společnosti Skybridge. V kapitole 5 je provedeno hodnocení, které analyzuje dopady a výsledky nasazení Salesforce ve společnosti Skybridge na mnoho aspektů, včetně prodejních procesů, dashboardingu a přehledu o datech, produktivity a výkonnosti prodeje, jakož i výhod a nevýhod spojených s touto implementací. V závěru práce je uveden stručný přehled primárních zjištění, důsledků, omezení a doporučení pro další zkoumání.

Abstract:

The concept of digital transformation has a significant impact on multiple facets of both the corporate sector and society. Digital transformation refers to the process of incorporating and assimilating digital technologies to generate novel or alter existing corporate procedures, commodities, amenities, and consumer interactions. Customer relationship management (CRM) systems are regarded as a pivotal technology that facilitates the process of digital transformation. These software platforms play a crucial role in assisting organisations in effectively managing and enhancing their engagements with both existing customers and potential prospects. the customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions offer a multitude of advantages for enterprises, encompassing enhanced levels of client happiness, loyalty, retention, and profitability. This thesis offers an examination of Skybridge, a corporation specialising in cloud-based solutions for the purposes of data integration, analytics, and visualisation. Skybridge adopted Salesforce, a prominent customer relationship management (CRM) technology, to revolutionise and digitise its sales and marketing procedures. The thesis is structured into five distinct segments. Chapter 1 provides an overview of the history and contextual factors relevant to the case study, along with an elucidation of the research's objective and scope. In Chapter 2, an examination is conducted on the existing body of literature pertaining to digital transformation and Industry 4.0, specifically exploring the associated technologies. The primary emphasis is placed on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and the Salesforce platform. In Chapter 3, an examination is conducted on the significance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within the context of digital transformation. Additionally, a comprehensive evaluation is presented about the business operations, products/services, and SWOT analysis of Skybridge. In Chapter 4, an account is given of the process and processes undertaken during Skybridge's deployment of Salesforce. This encompasses several aspects such as project planning and management, data modelling and migration, user training and change management, as well as the customization of Salesforce to suit the specific requirements of Skybridge. In Chapter 5, an assessment is conducted to analyse the effects and outcomes of Skybridge's deployment of Salesforce on many aspects, including sales processes and data insights, sales productivity, and performance, as well as the advantages and disadvantages associated with this implementation. The thesis finishes by providing a concise overview of the primary discoveries, ramifications, constraints, and recommendations for future investigation.
