Analysis of the recruitment process and efficiency of personnel advertising in the production company TOSHULIN a. s.

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám specifikací náborového procesu ve společnosti TOSHULIN a. s., identifikací zdrojů pracovní síly, z kterých může společnost potřebné pracovníky čerpat a analyzuji efektivitu personální inzerce jako jednu z možných cest zís-kávání pracovníků. Teoretická část zahrnuje přehled poznatků v oblasti vyhledávání, výběru a přijímání pracovníků, základní informace z oblasti personálního marketingu se zaměřením na význam personální inzerce a formulaci pracovního inzerátu. V praktické části je analyzován aktuální náborový systém podniku a hodnocena efektivita personální inzerce. Jako nástroje hodnocení efektivity personální inzerce posloužily nákladovost personální inzerce, rozbor použitých mediálních prostředků a praktické zpracování inzerátů. Na zá-kladě provedené analýzy jsou formulována doporučení pro zlepšení náborového procesu a zvýšení efektivity personální inzerce.

Abstract:

My bachelor paper deals with the specification of the process of recruitment in the compa-ny TOSHULIN a. s., identification of the labour force sources that the company can use derive the necessary workers from and I analyze the effectiveness of the advertising as one of the potential ways to recruit the employees. The theoretical part covers the overview of the knowledge in the field of search, choice and labour force recruitment, basis informa-tions of personal marketing with the focus on the importance of the personnel advertising and formulation of the job advertisement. The practical part analyses the actual recruitment system of the enterprise and the effectiveness of the personnel advertising is evaluated. The costingness of the personnel advertising, the analysis of the media means used and practical processing of the advertisements served as the instruments for the evaluation of the effectiveness. Based on the analysis carried out the recommendations for the improvement of the recruitment process and increasing the effectiveness of the personnel advertising are formulated.
