Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza vnitropodnikové komunikace ve vybraném podniku, zhodnocení komunikace mezi zaměstnanci a navržení doporučení na zlepšení komunikace mezi řídícími pracovníky a zaměstnanci podniku. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoreticko-metodologické a aplikační. Teoreticko-metodologická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy týkající se komunikace jako např. komunikační proces, funkce komunikace, druhy komunikace, formy komunikace apod. Tyto informace jsou získané z odborné domácí a zahraniční literatury a internetových zdrojů. Aplikační část je zaměřena na firmu Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. Začátek aplikační části je zaměřen na představení firmy a její historie. Ve druhé části bude veden řízený rozhovor s řídícím pracovníkem společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. a jeho podřízeným pracovníkem. Dále bude provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které má za cíl zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí bakalářské práce a návrhy opatření.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyze an internal communication in a chosen company, evaluate communication among employees and suggest improvements to communication between management and employees of the company. The bachelor’s thesis is divided into two basic parts, theoretical-methodological and practical (application). The theoretical-methodological part is focused on essential terms being used with communication, e.g. communication process, functions of communication, types of communication and forms of communication. As sources of this information Czech and foreign scientific literature and The Internet were used. In the centre of the practical part there is the particular company, Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. The start of the application part is focused on the company presentation and it´s history. In the second part will be guided an interview with a managing worker of the company Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s. and his subordinate worker. Then will be organized a questionnaire survey which aims on customers satisfaction. In the conclusion there is a thesis summary and suggestions.
