Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní motivací a jejím naplněním u zaměstnanců ve vybraném kraji. Výzkum byl prováděn v Pardubickém kraji. Cílem práce je analyzovat motivační faktory, které se nejvíce podílejí na pracovní motivaci u zaměstnanců vybraného kraje. The bachelor thesis deals with work motivation and its fulfilment in employees in selected region. The research was carried out in the Pardubice Region. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the motivation factors that most participate to the work motivation of employees of the selected region.
