Magisterská diplomová práce si klade za cíl objasnit vznik a proměny výuky literatury na českých středních školách. Pozornost je taktéž věnována historickému kontextu vývoje maturitní zkoušky a dalším aspektům spojených s tímto tématem jako jsou literární kánon a čtenářské preference. The thesis aims to explicate the origin and the development of literature teaching in Czech secondary education. It also puts focus on the historical context of the graduation examination development and other associated aspects such as the literary canon and readers’ preferences.
