Autor diplomové práce: Lenka Bartošová Název: Zkušenosti náhradních rodičů s utvářením identity dítěte a vztahem k jeho původní rodině Počet slov: 25134 Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast utváření identity dětí vyrůstajících v pěstounské péči. Cílem této práce je zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jak vnímají náhradní rodiče potřebu utváření identity dítěte z hlediska vztahu k biologickým příbuzným? Teoretická část se zabývá rodinou z hlediska jejího fungování, vazebným chováním dítěte, ohrožením příznivého vývoje dítěte v případě neuspokojování jeho potřeb. Věnuje se náhradní rodině, nezbytnosti vnímání potřeb svěřených dětí a zvláště potřebě utváření identity. Zaměřuje se na identitu nejen v souvislosti s vývojovými stádii jedince, ale rozpracovává ji z nejrůznějších úhlů pohledu, přičemž se opírá o teoretická východiska holistického přístupu a ekologické perspektivy. V empirické části je využito kvalitativního přístupu, metod studia dokumentů a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumné rozhovory reflektují zajímavé názory pěstounů jednoho správního obvodu Královéhradeckého kraje. Výstupy z výzkumu jsou určeny ke zvýšení informovanosti veřejnosti, především pěstounů, o nezbytnosti budování identity dětí žijících v náhradních rodinách a respektování vztahu k jejich biologickým příbuzným.

The objective of this work is to answer the fundamental research question: How foster parents perceive the need for the formation of identity of the child in terms of the child’s relationship to its biological relatives? The theoretical part discusses family in terms of its functioning, attachment behaviour, threats to the favourable development of the child in the event of the failure to satisfy its needs. It deals with foster family, the necessity to perceive the needs of the commended children and especially the need to shape their identity. It focuses not only on the identity in connection with the developmental stages of an individual, but also approaches this theme from various angles of view, building on the theoretical basis of the holistic approach and ecological perspective. The empirical part uses qualitative approach and the method of study of documents and semi-structured interview. The conducted interviews reflect interesting views of foster parents in one administrative district of the Hradec Králové Region. The outcomes of the research are intended to increase the awareness of public, especially of foster parents, about the necessity to develop identity of children living in foster care and to respect their relation to their biological relatives.
