Abstract:

Jitka Dresslerová Počet stran: 94 Počet příloh: 5 Rok obhajoby: 2016 Klíčová slova: centrální venózní katétry, infekce, intenzivní péče Souhrn: Diplomová práce se zabývá znalostmi sester pracujících na oddělení intenzivní péče v péči o centrální venózní katétry. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části se věnuji teorii. Krátce zmiňuji o historii CVK, anatomii žilního řečiště, dělení CVK, jejich indikace, kontraindikace, postup při zavádění a komplikace, kde jsem se hlavně zaměřila na katétrové sepse, jejich vznik a především prevenci. Do prevence infekcí krevního řečiště je pak zařazena péče o CVK a doporučené postupy. V druhé části diplomové práce popisuji výsledky dotazníkového šetření u sester pracujících v intenzivní péči. Práce je zaměřená na vědomosti a zvyklosti sester v oblasti péče o CVK, porovnává délku praxe, specializaci v intenzivní péči a typ nemocnic ve kterém sestry pracují. Výsledky šetření jsou vyjádřena pomocí tabulek s absolutní a relativní četností. Součástí diplomové práce je i vypracovaný doporučený postup pro péči o CVK.

Jitka Dresslerová Number of pages: 94 Number of attachments: 5 Year of defense: 2016 Key words: central venous catheters, infection, intensive care Summary: The thesis deals with the knowledge of the nurses working at the intensive care unit in the care of central venous catheters. The work is divided into two parts. In the first part I theory. Briefly mention about the history of the CVK, the anatomy of the venous bloodstream, the division CVK, their indications, contraindications, procedure in establishing and complications, where I mainly focused on catheter - related sepsis, their formation and especially prevention. In the prevention of bloodstream infections is then included care of the CVK and recommended procedures. In the second part of the thesis I describe the results of a questionnare survey among nurses working in intensive care. The work is focused on the knowledge and practices of nurses in the care of the CVK, compares the length of practice, specialization in intensive care and the type of hospitals in which nurses work. The results of the investigation are expressed using tables with absolute and relative frequency. Part of the thesis is also prepared by recommended procedure for the care of the CVK.
