Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o otcích, kteří se aktivně účastní nebo účastnili rodičovské dovolené a o jejich sociální roli v rodině. Cílem práce je popsat jak vnímají muži na rodičovské dovolené svou sociální roli. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis discusses social roles of fathers who are or went on a paternity leave. The aim of this thesis is to describe how the role of a parent on a parental leave is experienced by men.
