Abstract:
Úkolem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat instituci Ombudsmana, vyjmenovat jeho základní úkoly v České a Slovenské republice. Práce se taktéž věnuje historii Ombudsmana ve světě, historii institutu v jednotlivých krajinách a jeho volbě.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused to characterize the institution of the Public Defender of Rights, to characterize his basic tasks in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The thesis also deals with the history of the Ombudsman in the world, the history of the institute in certain countries and his election.
