Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení a hodnocení výkonu zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. V první části této práce je popsána teorie řízení a hodnocení výkonu zaměstnanců. Popsány jsou teoretické poznatky a základní definice pojmů, tak jak je popisují různí autoři v dostupné literatuře. Uvedeny jsou také nejpoužívanější analýzy, které vyhodnocují situaci jak v řízení, tak v následném hodnocení zaměstnanců. Práce obsahuje vysvětlení, co je cílem těchto šetření. Po teorii se v práci zabývám analýzou řízení a hodnocení výkonu pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti. V aplikační části je nejdříve popsána společnost. Její historie, struktura, to co vyrábí a její idea. Vlastní a objektivní pozorování dopomůže odlišit prvky SWOT analýzy a tím odkrýt způsob, jak společnost řídí a hodnotí výkony svých zaměstnanců. Výsledky těchto analýz slouží k následnému šetření, vyhodnocení a určení vhodného nápravného opatření. Tyto informace použiji pro návrh zlepšení v dosahování stanovených cílů společnosti v závěru této práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the management and evaluation of employee performance in a selected company. The first part of this work describes the theory of management and evaluation of employee performance. Theoretical knowledge and basic definitions of terms are described, as described by various authors in the available literature. The most used analyzes are also presented, which evaluate the situation both in management and in the subsequent evaluation of employees. The thesis contains an explanation of what is the aim of these investigations. After the theory, I deal with the analysis of management and evaluation of employee performance in a selected company. The application part first describes the company. Its history, structure, what it produces and its idea. Subjective and objective observation will help to distinguish the elements of SWOT analysis and thus reveal the way the company manages and evaluates the performance of its employees. The results of these analyzes are used for subsequent investigation, evaluation and determination of appropriate corrective action. I will use this information to suggest improvements in achieving the company's goals at the end of this work.
