Nursing process from the perspective of students

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ošetřovatelského procesu. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na ošetřovatelství - jak je definováno, na jeho cíle a charakteristické rysy. Dále se zaobírám historií ošetřovatelství, vzděláváním v ošetřovatelství, pojednávám o současném ošetřovatelství, o ošetřovatelském procesu a edukaci ve zdravotnictví. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, jaké mají studenti bakalářského a vyššího odborného studia znalosti o metodě ošetřovatelského procesu, zda uplatňují ošetřovatelský proces v praxi a jaký mají názor studenti na tuto metodu. Z provedeného výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že studenti mají dobré znalosti o metodě ošetřovatelského procesu a že ošetřovatelský proces uplatňují v praxi. Nicméně názor na tuto metodu je spíše negativní, případně zatím nemají utvořený jednoznačný názor.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of the nursing process. The theoretical section focuses on nursing - as it is defined, on its goals and characteristic features. I also discuss the history of nursing, education in nursing, I discuss contemporary nursing, the nursing process and education in healthcare. The purpose of the research was to find out what knowledge students of bachelor's programmes and higher vocational programmes have about the nursing process method, whether they apply the nursing process in practice and what their opinion of this method is. On the basis of the executed research it was esta-blished that students have good knowledge about the nursing process method and apply the nursing process in practice. However, the students have a fairly negative opinion of this method or they have not yet formed a clear opinion of it.
