Care of children at the age of three in a children's group

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o děti ve věku tří let v dětských skupinách. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak probíhá výchova a péče o děti ve věku tří let v dětské skupině s ohledem na specifika této věkové kategorie a charakter instituce denní péče. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje významu péče v raném věku a hranici tří let. Dále pak možnostem institucionální péče v České republice, důvodům vzniku dětských skupin a na závěr dětským skupinám jako takovým. Empirická část se zaměřuje na představení a interpretaci získaných dat z výzkumu. Prostřednictvím pozorování průběhu péče a rozhovory jak s rodiči tříletých dětí, tak i s pečujícími osobami, charakterizuje proces výchovy, péče a vzdělávání o tříleté děti v dětské skupině.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a care of children at the age of three in children´s groups. The aim of the work is to find out, how education and care of children at the age of three years is pursued in a children group with respect to the specific aspects of this age and to the character of an institution providing daily care. The theoretical part is focused on the relevance of a care in the early childhood and on the age of three years. Subsequently, the attention is paid to the options of institutional care in the Czech Republic, to the causes leading to establishing of children´s groups and to the children groups as such. The empirical park focuses on the introduction and interpretation of the data obtained in the research. Furthermore, the process of upbringing, education and care is characterised by means of observing the course of care and by interviews with parents and adults taking care of children.
