Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu smluvních ujednání smlouvy o dílo pomocí s využitím vybrané stavební společnosti. Upozorňuje na rizika vyplývající z procesu zadávání zakázek od doby kontraktace smlouvy po uzavření skutečné smlouvy. Návrh protiopatření k rizikům je sestaven na základě matice rizik. The work is focused on the analysis of contractual arrangements of the contract for work using a selected construction company. It draws attention to the risks arising from the procurement process and from the time after the actual contract was concluded. The risk countermeasures proposal is based on a risk matrix.
