Optimalization of the main process of the organization
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci hlavního procesu internetového obchodu Moo.cz. K dosažení výsledků bylo využito výzkumných metody pozorování a dotazování. Autorka bakalářské práce analyzovala jednotlivé činnosti procesu a na základě zjištěných informací vytvořila návrh pro jeho optimalizaci.
Abstract:
The focus of thesis is on optimalization of main process of internet shop Moo.cz. To achieve this result the method of observation and interview were used. Author of bachelor thesis did analysis of each part of the process and based on discovered information she designed its optimalization.
