Engliš Reform of the Direct Taxes Law

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozbor zákona č. 76/1927 Sb. z. a n., o přímých daních, a jeho následnou komparaci se současnou daňovou legislativou. V úvodu práce je stručně shrnuta základní teorie daní. Ve druhé kapitole jsou představeni politici Alois Rašín, Karel Engliš a Josef Macek, kteří nejvíce ovlivňovali daňovou soustavu za první republiky. Ve třetí kapitole je představena daňová soustava před předmětným zákonem a její problémy. Ve čtvrté kapitole je samotný rozbor předmětného zákona a jeho komparace se současnou legislativou. Na závěr práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro právo de lege ferenda vycházející z předmětného zákona.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on analysis of the law č. 76/1927 Sb. z. a. n., about direct taxes, followed by its comparison with current tax legislation. In the introduction there is briefly summarized basic tax theory. In the second chapter there are introduced politicians Alois Rašín, Karel Engliš and Josef Macek, who influenced the tax system in the First Czechoslovak Republic. In the third chapter there is introduced the tax system before the concerned law. The fourth chapter deals with the analysis of the concerned law and its comparison with the current tax legislation. In the conclusion there are indicated recommendations for the law de lege ferenda based on the concerned law.
