Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem sekvenční variability lidského mitochondriálního genomu na poruchy autistického spektra. U jedinců trpících těmito poruchami byl nalezen zvýšený výskyt mitochondriálních dysfunkcí oproti zbytku populace. This bachelor's thesis deals with the effect of the sequence variability of the human mitochondrial genome on the pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorders. An increased occurrence of mitochondiral dysfunctions has been found in individuals with those disorders.
