Decreasing of traffic in city Brandýs nad Labem in area Pražská - Kostelecká stress with connection to planned by-passed road

Abstract:

Pražská - Kostelecká s návazností na plánovaný obchvat. Obsahuje jak analýzu současného stavu tak návrh jejich budoucí dopravní řešení. Analýza současného stavu se sestává především z popisu dopravní infrastruktury, rozboru dopravního zatížení včetně analýzy slabých míst dopravní situace v řešeném úseku. Návrh budoucího dopravního řešení pomocí prvků a nástrojů zklidňování dopravy obsahuje konkrétní úpravy organizace dopravy na pozemních komunikacích. Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh dopravního zklidnění sloužícího ke zvýšení užitné hodnoty komunikace, zlepšení životního prostředí a bezpečnosti zejména chodců a cyklistů na úkor dosud nadřazeného postavení automobilové dopravy s ohledem na různé možnosti jednotlivých dopravních systémů. Tyto systémy je třeba dále skloubit s mnoha prioritami a zájmy vyplývajícími z lokalizace a dispozičního uspořádání města a jeho okolí.

Abstract:

The Thesis is about how to calm the traffic in Brandýs nad Labem in the section of the streets Pražská ? Kostelecká in connection with the planed bypass. In it there is an analysis of present situation and also proposition of its future traffic solution. The analysis of present situation contains characterization of the traffic infrastructure and analysis of the weak places of the traffic situations in this section. The proposition also contains future solutions of calming effects with use of concrete implements and propositions how to organize traffic on the over ground communications. The aim of this Thesis is the proposition how to calm the traffic so it will increase the value of communications, helps the environment and brings more security to pedestrians and bicyclist. There are more traffic systems than automobile one in this city, so all of them should be harmonize together with consideration of many priorities and interests arising from localization and disposition arrangement of the city and its vicinity.
