Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na látky kontaminující víno, především na těžké kovy. Objasňuje jejich původ ve víně i v životním prostředí. Zabývá se vlastnostmi těžkých kovů a uvádí možnosti, jak eliminovat kontaminaci vína těmito látkami při jeho výrobě. The bachelor thesis is focused on substances contaminating wine, especially heavy metals. It explains their origin in wine and in the environment. It deals with the properties of heavy metals and presents ways to eliminate contamination of wine with these substances during its production.
