Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací obchodních společností ke spojování. V teoretické části popisuje různá spojení obchodních společností dle intenzity integrace, rozebírá dále členění motivů fúzí a akvizic (M&A transakcí), které jsou pak jednotlivě analyzovány z hlediska jejich ekonomického a právního prostředí, v kterém se uskutečňují nebo mohou uskutečňovat.
