Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě provedení finanční analýzy stanovit ocenění hodnoty podniku a definovat případná doporučení. Hodnota podniku bude stanovena na základě výpočtů vícera oceňovacích metod. Finanční analýza bude sloužit jako hodnotitel finančního zdraví podniku a jako datový podklad pro ocenění podniku. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the value of the company based on financial analysis and define any recommendations. The value would be determined on the basis of calculations of several valuation methods.
