Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to translate an extract from a book written by Fiona Robyn, more specifically three chapters of her novel The Letters. The translation is preceded by a stylistic analysis and in the third part of the thesis, the commentary that discusses problematic parts of the text and their possible solution is provided.
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je přeložit úryvek knihy spisovatelky Fiony Robyn, konkterétně první tři kapitoly jejího románu The Letters. Textu předchází stylistická analýza a ve třetí části práce se nachází komentář k přeloženému textu, kde jsou diskutována problematická místa a jejich možná řešení.
