Support of entrepreneurship and creativity in secondary schools in South Moravia

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou „Podpory podnikavosti a kreativity na středních školách v Jihomoravském kraji“ (zkráceně KA02). Aktivitou Projektu Implementace KAP JMK II (zkráceně iKAP JMK II), která je součástí Krajského akčního plánu rozvoje vzdělávání v Jihomoravském kraji a jejímž cílem je podpora podnikavosti, iniciativy, kreativity a zvýšení kompetencí pedagogických pracovníků. První část práce je zaměřena teoreticky. Seznamuje se školním systémem v ČR, dále popisuje kompetence podnikavosti a možnosti jejich rozvoje. Druhá část diplomové práce je praktická. V této části práce autorka prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu oslovuje zapojené pedagogy jednotlivých škol, kteří se aktivně věnovali podaktivitě KA02, a zjišťuje zhodnocení přínosu programu z jejich pohledu. Celkově jsou zkoumány tři oblasti zájmu, a to hodnocení dopadu programu KA02 na školu, dále vliv programu na učitele a vnímaný vliv programu KA02 na žáky. V třetí části práce je zhodnocení výsledků a následné doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

The Master's thesis deals with the issue of 'Supporting Entrepreneur-ship and Creativity in Secondary Schools in the South Moravian Region' (abbreviated as KA02). It is part of the Implementation of the Regional Action Plan for Education Development in the South Moravian Region, also known as iKAP JMK II, which aims to support entrepreneurship, initiative, creativity, and enhance the competencies of educational staff. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and introduces the school sys-tem in the Czech Republic, as well as describes the competencies of en-trepreneurship and their potential for development. The second part of the thesis is practical, where the author conducts quantitative research to survey the participating teachers from different schools who actively engaged in the KA02 sub-activity, and evaluates the program's benefits from their perspective. The research covers three areas of interest, namely the evaluation of the impact of the KA02 program on the school, the influence of the program on teachers, and the perceived influence of the KA02 program on students. The third part of the thesis includes the results analysis and subsequent recommendations for pedagogical practice.
