Tématem diplomové práce je ochrana životního prostředí a zdraví při nakládání s obaly. Cílem je analyzovat současnou právní úpravu, která se zabývá obaly a odpady z obalů. Proto se podrobně zaměřuji na rozbor zákona o obalech a také na evropskou směrnici o obalech a obalových odpadech. This diploma thesis is dedicated to the protection of the environment and health in relation with packaging treatment. The aim of the work lies in the analysis of the contemporary legislation which deal with packaging and packaging waste.
