Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma "Nezaměstnaní ve věku nad 50 let" rozebírá danou problematiku z různých hledisek. Zabývá se individuálními a sociálními důsledky nezaměstnanosti, věnuje se příčinám nezaměstnanosti věkové kategorie 50+ a popisuje nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, které pomáhají zvyšovat zaměstnatelnost uchazečů z rizikových skupin, kam patří i osoby ve věku nad 50 let.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis on theme "Unemployed aged over 50 years" is focused on different points of view. It deals with individual and social consequences of unemployment, it deals with causes of unemployment of people over 50 and describes the tools of active employment policy helping to increase the employability of job-risk groups including people over 50 years.
