Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je ucelené seznámení se s kompetencí a pravomocí českého veřejného ochránce práv od jeho vzniku až po současnost, což představuje období přibližně 15 let. The main objective of this thesis is a comprehensive familiarization with the competence and authority of the Czech Ombudsman since its establishment to the present, which is a period of approximately 15 years.
