The diploma thesis focuses on alternative pedagogical direction called Montessori pedagogy. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces alternative education and some alternative pedagogical directions, then it focuses on Montessori pedagogy, its methods, goals and history.
