Timber construction with isolation from straw

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu v okresu Havlíčkův Brod, jehož konstrukčním systémem je nosná dřevěná rámová konstrukce. Správnou funkčnost konstrukce zajišťuje spolupůsobení sloupků, vodorovných prvků a opláštění. Je zde kladen důraz na využití přírodních materiálů, jak v případě izolace slaměnými balíky, tak také například v použití lokálního materiálu na hliněné příčky a omítky, či v návrhu ozeleněné střechy. Literární přehled je ze začátku zaměřen na ekologii, udržitelnost a zdravé přírodní stavitelství. Dále jsou rozebrány materiály a jejich fyzikální a mechanické vlastnosti. V návrhu práce je pojednáno o vhodném dispozičním řešení pro tříčlennou rodinu, z něhož vychází výsledný půdorys tak, aby byly splněny hygienické předpisy a normy. Volba skladeb jednotlivých konstrukcí je doplněna o výpočet součinitele prostupu tepla a zhodnocení celkové energetické bilance návrhu pomocí plánovacího nástroje PHPP . Předběžně jsou dimenzovány střešní nosné konstrukce dle empirických vztahů z technické příručky firmy STEICO. Součástí práce je také projektová dokumentace v rozsahu pro stavební řízení včetně technické a průvodní zprávy a hrubého ocenění navrženého rodinného domu. Které je provedeno na základě sestavení položkového rozpočtu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a family house in the district of Havlíčkův Brod, where its load-bearing construction system is a timber frame structure. The functionality of the structure is ensured by the interaction of columns, horizontal elements and cladding. Emphasis is placed on the use of natural materials; in case of insulation with straw bales, in the use of local material for clay partitions and plaster, or in the design of a green roof. The literature review is initially focused on ecology, sustainability and healthy natural architecture. Furthermore, materials and their physical and mechanical properties are analyzed. The thesis deals with a suitable layout solution for a family of three, from which the resulting floor plan is designed in order to meet the hygienic regulations and standards. The choice of compositions of individual structures is supplemented by the calculation of the heat transfer coefficient and the evaluation of the overall energy balance of the design using the PHPP planning tool. The roof load-bearing structures are preliminarily dimensioned according to the empirical relations from the STEICO technical manual. The thesis contains the project documentation in the scope for construction proceedings, including technical and accompanying reports and a rough pricing estimation of the designed family house. Pricing estimation is carried out on the basis of compiling an itemized budget.
