Tato diplomová práce se zabývá faktory, které působí na adaptační proces v konkrétní firmě. Cílem je popsat tyto faktory v různých fázích a oblastech adaptačního procesu z pohledu různých aktérů, konkrétně personalistů, vedoucích a zaměstnanců. This thesis deals with the factors that affect the employee adaptation process in a particular company. It aims to describe factors in different areas of the process from the perspective of various participants.
