Tato diplomová práce se zabývá faktory, které působí na adaptační proces v konkrétní firmě. Cílem je popsat tyto faktory v různých fázích a oblastech adaptačního procesu z pohledu různých aktérů, konkrétně personalistů, vedoucích a zaměstnanců.
