Abstract:

V dnešnom modernom, ultra rýchlom svete plného informácií, stresu, inovácií a zmien je klúčom k spokojnému a vyrovnanému životu rovnováha. Cieľom diplomovej práce je preto zmapovať súčasný stav vybranej spoločnosti v oblasti work-life balance a následne posúdiť jeho vplyv na rozhodnutie zamestnanca, či v spoločnosti zotrvať alebo ju opustiť. Teoretická časť vymedzuje pojmy ako life management, human resource management, work-life balance a fluktuácia. Praktická časť, pomocou nástrojov kvalitatívneho a kvantitatívneho výskumu, skúma súčasný stav vybranej spoločnosti v oblasti work-life balance a jeho vplyv na fluktuáciu zamestnancov. V závere sú všetky výstupy spracované, vyhodnotené spolu s potvrdením alebo vyvrátením stanovených hypotéz a navrhnuté možné odporúčania.

Abstract:

In today's modern, ultra fast-paced world full of information, stress, innovation and change, balance is the key to a happy and balanced life. The aim of this thesis is therefore to map the current state of work-life balance in a selected company and then to assess its impact on an employee's decision whether to stay or leave the company. The theoretical part defines concepts such as life management, human resource management, work-life balance and turnover. The practical part, using qualitative and quantitative research tools, examines the current state of the selected company in the field of work-life balance and its impact on employee turnover. In the conclusion, all outputs are processed, evaluated together with the confirmation or refutation of the established hypotheses and possible recommendations are proposed.
