Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo zpřesnit pozici genu M73 ovlivňujícího dobu do kvetení. Pro rekombinační analýzu pomocí DNA markerů byly použity recesivně homozygotní rostliny generace F2 po křížení standardní linie Col a mutantní M73. Abstract:
The main objective of this thesis was to specify a map position of the flowering time gene M73 in A. thaliana. The progeny after cross wild type genotype Col and mutant M73, the recessive homozygote plants of F2 generation were used for recombination analysis.
