This bachelor's thesis has a theoretical-practical character and investigates sensors for continuous blood glucose monitoring as a recent key tool in the diagnosis and therapy of diabetes. The thesis includes a comprehensive literature review, history of diabetes, it's classification, diagnosis, therapy, and most importantly the technologies used in diabetes care.
