Teacher's Job Satisfaction
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní spokojenosti v profesi učitele. V práci jsem se zaměřila na zkoumání vlivu některých faktorů intrinsických a extrinsických oblastí, které mají významný vliv na vnímání pracovní spokojenost učitelů v závislosti na délce praxe.
Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is the job satisfaction of a teacher. The research is focused on some factors of the intrinsic and extrinsic areas, which have a significant impact on the perception of a job satisfaction of teachers depending on the number of years of their working experience.
