Corporate Training - effective management tool
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je zanalyzovat systém vzdělávání pracovníků ve společnosti Favea Engineering s.r.o. a navrhnout případná zlepšení. Vzdělávání pracovníků je jednou z hlavních výhod konkurence schopnosti podniků. První část práce pojednává o teoretickém rozboru systému vzdělávání ve společnosti, druhá část je pak věnována konkrétní analýze vzdělávacího systému v konkrétním podniku.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to assay corporate education process in a company Favea Engineering Ltd. and suggest possible improvements. Training of staff is one of the main advantages of the competitiveness of enterprises. The first part deals with the theoretical analysis of the system of education in society, the second part is devoted to a concrete analysis of the educational system in a company.
