Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá informovaností uchazečů o zaměstnání v systému dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi v Plzni. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o systému sociálního zabezpečení, obsahuje problematiku sociální reformy, legislativní vymezení dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi a také je zde zmíněna problematika trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jaká je informovanost uchazečů o zaměstnání v systému dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi, zda vědí, kam se mohou obrátit v případě, že se ocitnou v nepříznivé finanční situaci a také jaké znalosti o dávkách pomoci v hmotné nouzi mají. Bylo realizováno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření a jako výzkumná metoda byl použit dotazník. Výsledky šetření ukázaly, že lidé jsou částečně informovaní a mají o dávkách povrchní znalosti, ale často je tato problematika vůbec nezajímá.

Abstract:

This M.A. thesis is focuses on the orientation of job seekers in the system of assistance in material need in Pilsen. It is divided into theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part consists of basic information about the system of social security, issue of social reform, legislative definition of assistance in material need a and there is also mentioned the issue of labour market and unemployment. The main aim of this M. A. thesis is to find, what is awareness of job seekers in the system of assistance in material need, whether they know, where they can seek help in difficult financial situation and what kind of knowledge of assistance in material need they have. I realized my quantitative research and the questionnaire was used as the method of research. The results of research showed, that people are only partially informed and they have superficial knowledge of this social benefits, but they are not interested in this issue very often.
