Project of implementation the tools of operative controlling to the management system of company HOBES, Ltd.
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat využití operativních nástrojů řízení ve společnosti HOBES, spol. s r. o. V analytické části se budu věnovat představení společnosti, charakte-ristice odvětví, vnitropodnikovému účetnictví společnosti a budu analyzovat používané ná-stroje controllingu. V závěru navrhnu, jak začlenit operativní controlling do společnosti HOBES, spol. s r. o.
Abstract:
This dissertation is focused on analysing the operative tools of controlling in the HOBES, Ltd. There are introduction of the company, characterisation of branch, company´s ac-counting in the analytic part. I am going to analyse the tools of the operative controlling. The project part is aimed at a solution of project suggestion itself, how include operative tools of controlling to HOBES, Ltd.
