Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou home office v období pandemie covid-19. Cílem bylo zhodnotit pozitivní a negativní aspekty práce formou home office a navrhnout opatření, která přispějí ke zkvalitnění pracovního výkonu a větší akceptaci home office ze strany zaměstnanců. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the positive and negative aspects of home office work and to propose measures that will contribute to the improvement of work performance and greater acceptance of home office by employees.
