Abstract:
Ve své závěrečné práci se budu zabývat problematikou ohledně budování vztahů se zákazníky. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli společnosti postupují stejně, jak je tomu v literatuře nebo se naopak chovají podle svých zvyklostí. In my final work I deal with problem of building up relationships with customers. The goal of my project is to find out, if companies proceed in the same way, how is that in literature or if companies act up to their usage.
