V této práci se zabývám problematikou reimplementace ERP systémů. Cílem je analyzovat příčiny, které vedly k zavedení nového informačního systému do podniku. Porovnat odlišnost od klasické implementace a identifikovat rizika, která jsou spojena s reimplementací. Práce je rozdělena do 4 kapitol. V prvních částech se věnuji popisu projektu. In this diploma thesis I deal with the reimplementation of ERP systems.
