Anotácia:

V této práci se zabývám problematikou reimplementace ERP systémů. Cílem je analyzovat příčiny, které vedly k zavedení nového informačního systému do podniku. Porovnat odlišnost od klasické implementace a identifikovat rizika, která jsou spojena s reimplementací. Práce je rozdělena do 4 kapitol. V prvních částech se věnuji popisu projektu. Dále se zabývám ERP systémy, jejich implementací a reimplementací. V závěru práce se věnuji reimplementaci IS ve velké společnosti a navržení analýzy rizik tohoto projektu. Čtenář by měl být na jejím základě schopen pochopit základy projektového řízení a problematiku zavádění ERP systému. Také by měl dle jednoduché metody pochopit, jak zvládnout projekt efektivněji díky analýze rizik.

Abstract:

In this diploma thesis I deal with the reimplementation of ERP systems. The aim of the work is to analyze reasons which led to the implementation of the new informational system in the company and to compare the difference between the classical implementation and re-implementation as well to identify risks which are related to both of them. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first part I deal with description of the project fundamental in general. Then I focuse on ERP systems, their implementation and reimplementation. Finally I discuss reimplementation of IS in a big company and I provide itsrisk analysis. The reader of the thesis should be able to understand the basic features of project management and implementation of ERP systems. Using the simple method of risk analysis it should be easy to understand how to manage the project risks more efficiently.
