Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní motivace u zaměstnanců ve vybraném zařízení. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat pracovní motivaci pracovníků v obou zařízeních pomocí standardizovaných dotazníků a následně provést základní porovnání dosažených výsledků.Analýza získaných informací byla provedena pomocí manuálu pro vyhodnocení dotazníku a programu Microsoft Excel. Abstract:
This thesis deals with problems of motivation among employees in the selected areas. The main objective is to analyze the motivation of workers in both companies using standardized questionnaires and subsequently perform a basic comparison of the results achieved.
