Archiving of data and electronic documents of the Czech Post

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku archivace dat a elektronických dokumentů České pošty, s.p. a navazuje na mou bakalářskou práci, kde jsem se věnovala problematice certifikačních služeb v České republice se zvláštním zaměřením na certifikační služby poskytované Českou poštou s.p. Certifikační služby jsou nutné všude tam, kde je potřeba prokázat integritu a autenticitu obsahu dokumentu nebo autenticitu osob spojených s dokumentem, což je právě v oblasti archivace dat a elektronických dokumentů. Práce analyzuje celý trh archivace dat a elektronických dokumentů v České republice, dále stávající stav archivace dat a dokumentů na České poště s.p. a na základě výsledků analýzy navrhuje pro Českou poštu s.p. strategii archivace dat a dokumentů.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on data and electronic documents archiving in the Czech Post and is built on my bachelor thesis, where I dealt with the issue of certification services in the Czech Republic, with a special focus on certification services provided by the Czech Post. Certification services are needed wherever there is a need to prove integrity and authenticity of the content of the document or the authenticity of persons associated with the document, which is required in the area of data and electronic documents archiving. The thesis analyzes the entire market of data and electronic documents archiving in the Czech Republic, as well as the current state of data and electronic document archiving in the Czech Post. Based on the results of the analysis it has been proposing for the Czech Post data and electronic documents archiving strategy.
