The Integrated Rescue System During Intervention

Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá integrovaným záchranným systémem. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny základní pojmy a příslušná legislativa. Dále jsou zde popsány jednotlivé hlavní a vedlejší složky integrovaného záchranného systému, jejich působnost, pravomoc a podmínky výkonu povolání. Práce se zaměřuje i na způsoby a prostředky komunikace uvnitř tohoto systému. Bakalářská práce vychází z platné legislativy, odborné literatury a vnitřních předpisů jednotlivých složek. Cílem práce je rozbor modelového příkladu, ve kterém je ukázáno, jaké procesy probíhají v praxi v místě zásahu od nahlášení mimořádné události až po konečný stav. V práci je použito popisné a klasifikační metody, analýzy a syntézy. V praktické části je užita metoda modelování.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the Integrated Rescue System. The theoretical part of the thesis describes and explains its basic concepts and relevant legislation. The next part of this thesis focuses on the main and secondary parts of the system, their scope, authority, and conditions for the profession. The thesis also deals with the ways and means of communication with the system. The aim of this thesis is to analyze a model example of processes which take place on the place of the emergency intervention starting with reporting the incident to the final state. The thesis is based on valid legal regulations, professional literature, and internal regulations of each parts. In the thesis, descriptive and classification, modeling methods, analysis and synthesis are used.
