Abstract:
Cílem práce je zhodnocení praktické činnosti Mimořádného lidového soudu v Brně v letech 1945-1948 zkoumáním trestného činu udavačství. Dále ukázat, jak se vyvíjel způsob rozhodování soudu, jak se měnily tresty ukládané udavačům a co všechno mohlo rozhodování ovlivnit za celou dobu fungování soudu. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the practical activity of the Extraordinary People’s Court in Brno during the period 1945-1948 by examining the crime of informing. The thesis is also showing the development of the court´s decisions, how the sentences imposed to the informers were changing and what could affect decision-making during the entire activity of the court.
