Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem násilí a předsudečného násilí vůči osobám s mentálním postižením z pohledu sociálních pracovníků. První část práce se zaměřuje na teorii, která poskytuje základní povědomí o mentálním postižení, formách násilí, právech jedinců s mentálním postižením a specifikách sociální práce v této oblasti. Druhá část práce přináší popis a analýzu výzkumného šetření provedeného pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu podrobně zkoumají pohledy a zkušenosti sociálních pracovníků v kontextu násilí a předsudků vůči osobám s mentálním postižením.

Abstract:

This master's thesis addresses the topic of violence and prejudice against individuals with mental disabilities from the perspective of social workers. The first part focuses on theory, providing basic understanding of mental disabilities, forms of violence, the rights of individuals with mental disabilities, and the specifics of social work in this field. The second part presents a description and analysis of a research study conducted through semi-structured interviews with social workers. The results of this research thoroughly examine the perspectives and experiences of social workers in the context of violence and prejudice against individuals with mental disabilities.
