The thesis “The concept and forms of the Perpetrator of Crime de lege lata and in the bill of The Criminal Code CR 2007” is dealing with perpetrator as a subject of a crime and with forms of the perpetrator in three levels, historical, de lege lata and in the new Criminal Code CR (Act.
