Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou optimalizace daňového zatížení vybrané firmy prostřednictvím nákladů a výnosů. Pro bakalářskou práci byla vybrána právnická osoba, společnost s ručením omezeným. Abstract:
The theoretical section covers the analysis and explanation of terms of tax, tax system in Czech Republic with focus on corporate income tax. The application part describes particular situations of legal tax optimalization with the aim of reduce the tax burden. Results are summarised in the conclusion section.
