Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou procesu hodnocení veřejných zakázek podle zákona č. 137/2006 Sb., o veřejných zakázkách. Popisuje základní pojmy, se kterými se setkáváme při procesu hodnocení veřejných zakázek. The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation process of procurements under the Law of Public Procurement No. 137/2006 Sb. This thesis describes the essential concepts we can meet during the evaluation of procurement.
