Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat řízení zásob ve firmě Pramet Tools. s.r.o. a na základě získaných podkladů doporučit návrh zeefektivnění řízení zásob. V teoretické části se věnuji zpracování rešerše odborné literatury se zaměřením na logistiku, řízení zásob, výrobní plánování a rozvrhování výroby. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the inventory management in the company Pramet Tolls.ltd and work on a proposal to recommend an effective inventory management. The theoretical part deals with the processing of literature search, focusing on logistics, inventory management, production planning and production scheduling.
