Teachers stress and its psychological and psychophysiological symptoms

Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá učitelským stresem a jeho psychologickými a psychofyziologickými projevy. V teoretické části je nejprve charakterizován stres. V této kapitole je popsána historie pojmu stres, jeho typy a druhy, projevy a jeho vliv na zdravotní stav. V práci je dále definován termín stresor a popsány reakce na stresory. Kapitola „Učitel“ se zabývá profesí učitele, jeho typologií, vlastnostmi a osobností učitele. Dále je zde popsán vztah učitele k žákům. Kapitola „Učitelský stres“ charakterizuje učitelský stres, popisuje jeho zdroje, příčiny a dopady na psychickou a fyzickou stránku učitele. Popisuje také vliv a dopad na zdravotní stav učitele ve stresu. Ve výzkumné části práce zachycuje výsledky výzkumu míry zranitelnosti stresem u učitelů a jeho psychologické a psychofyziologické projevy, který byl proveden za pomocí dotazníků na všeobecných gymnáziích. Poskytuje také srovnání míry stresu se zdravotními projevy stresu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with stress and its role in the work of teachers with its psychological and psychophysiological utterances. At first there is a characterisation of stress in the theoretical part. The history of the name stress, its types and kinds, utterances and impacts on the healt has been described in this chapter. Later there is the definition of the term stressor and the reaktions on them. The chapter „teacher“ deals with the proffesion of teacher, its typology, features and the personality of teacher. We can read about the relationship between the teacher and pupils later in the thesis. The chapter „Teacher´s stress“ characterizes the stress of teacher, describes its sources, causes and the impact on mental and physical strenght of the teacher. The effect and the impact on the healt is also discussed. The part of research tels about the results of the measure of vulnerability of the teachers and their stress so as its psychological and phsychophysiological utterances which was made by the help of questionaires on the grammar schools. It also provides a comparison of stress levels with health effects of stress.
